Concept for a generative master planning system with 3 zones. High dense zones with podium tower blocks, followed by medium density and suburban zones. The model simulates different location of access points on both the X and Y axis, forming a four quadrant intersection with a floating middle point.

Live data is generated with area distributions, green spaces and walkability data. Such approach could be further developed to support even more parameters and much more complex models.
