Taiwanese restaurant inside Citylink MTR, Shatin, Hong Kong. The design a takes a open shopfront approach using a light and dark wooden palette. The sense of scale is made by splitting the restaurant into smaller home like zones and in the intricate details. The layout takes a COVID responsive design using the middle aisle to easily reconfigure into a two seater setting.
